Why can't I just cut a hole in a hat and use the headband I already have?
The blocks sold by Forwerd are specifically designed to take the stress of the hat or headband away from the stem of the Baha®. If you use a block that is not designed to relieve stress, you could be putting the hearing appliance in danger of being damaged.

How long after I order can I expect my merchandise?
After we receive the order, you should expect that your merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. Although we are really good, we can't control the post office, however, we will send it through the regular mail (unless you request overnight shipping). Thus, it should be within a week that you get your order.

Why can't I order a specific hat that I see on the website?
Because our business is relatively new, we haven't found a reasonably priced supplier to continuously supply us with high-quality, low-cost products we are willing to sell. At this point, we purchase individual hats and offer them up for sale instead of buying in bulk. If you describe your needs to us, we will find the best match from our supply and send you a great hat or headband. In time, we hope to find a supplier who is willing to provide us with the right product so we can keep prices low and quality high.

If I have a special hat for a special occasion, can you help me?
Absolutely! Send us the hat with a mark on the inside where you need the hole placed. Remember that it should be in a location where the block will sit flush against the skull in order to produce accurate sound. We will be happy to fit it with the hole necessary to accommodate the hearing aid block and hearing aid when we get the hat. We will need a 48 hour turn around time, so make sure you send it with enough time for us to work on it and then send it back.

What if I need to return something?
Each item sent to you has been lovingly checked and inspected to assure the highest quality. If you are not happy with something that has been sent to you, you must get a return authorization number before returning the item. Anything returned without a return authorization number will be refused. To get a return authorization number, send an email returns@forwerd.net explaining the situation and why it needs to be returned. We will get back to you quickly.
