We are a family business.
We are here to help other families just the same as our own, families who have a child or children who wear BAHAs. There is no better place to find affordable options for your child.
Taylor was born April 14, 2012. When she was born we had never heard of Microtia or anything that relates to it. We were expecting a "normal" baby. Once we found out about Taylor having a little ear we were afraid of what was to come, but now we know that God blessed us with so much more... We were blessed with a smart, funny, and happy baby girl. And as far as we are concerned, she is completely normal!

Anyways, we got her BAHA when she was about 5 months old. At that time, we didn't know anything about her disability. And, we still have so much to learn.
Since then we have learned that she doesn't have an ear canal, she does have all of her other parts though. After a Cat Scan, the doctor said that everything in her ear is clumped together like a cluster of grapes BUT its all there! He also told us that when she turns 7 we can move forward with having an ear crafted and put on if we choose to do so.
However, in the mean time, Taylor gets to wear headbands... Which is where BAHA Headbands began. We were having the most difficult time finding headbands that my daughter could wear that would match her outfits. We started off by contacting Cochlear directly. They told us they would be glad to sell us another head band for $75 BUCKS! HOLY COW, We can’t afford that! We want our daughter to have the whole rainbow in headbands. There is no way we can afford to buy her the rainbow at $75 a piece. Not to mention that the headband that came with our daughters device was brown and boring. What in the world could we put on that band to match Taylor's clothes for the day?!
Now, I am designing these headbands for your kids. I designed these headbands to be a one-size-fits-ALL. They are strong, long-lasting, and come in fun colors. I even went a step further and made them for both boys and girls.
AND just recently I introduced ball caps to the inventory as well.
If you are looking for a specific color or style let me know and I'll see what I can do.
"We love your products! It has definitely made it more appealing for my daughter to wear her BAHA to school everyday! I wish we had found you sooner! Thank you."
"I'm a teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing and I organized an order for multiple families. Eleshea was super patient and super helpful. All of my students are loving their new bands. When I dropped off a Tinkerbell band to a kindergarten student, one of her classmates (non BAHA/hearing aid user) asked if I could give her a band as well. My normally very shy student went around to everyone's desk to show off her new band. They all say the band is comfortable and happy with a new design or color. My Baha students find that their new Baha Headbands post is comfortable as well."
